NORMS FOR PRE KG ADMISSION

• • The child should have completed 3 years on or before 31st March,2026.
• • Residence- Close proximity to the school.

Terms and Conditions

• 1. No fee will be charged for the online registration.
• 2. Registration through online does not guarantee admission.
• 3. All registration forms shall be subjected to verification of age, address, and other details.
• 4. Each online registration is acknowledged through a system-generated, serially numbered, automatically printed online acknowledgement.
• 5. Submission of downloaded application form along with enclosures in the School Main Building on 19th January 2026 and 20th January 2026 before 3.00 PM.
• List of documents that have to be submitted with the Registration Form into the drop box
• 1. Pupil's Birth certificate (Xerox).
• 2. Date of Birth proof for Father and Mother –Copy of Driving license/ Voter Id/Pan Card/Passport (Any One separately for each parent).
• 3. Residential Proof -Driving license/Telephone bill/ Gas bill/Voter ID/Ration Card/ First page of Bank passbook/Passport (Any One).
• 4. Rental agreement is strictly not allowed.

Filling Instructions for Pre-KG Online Application 2026-27

S.No	Instructions
1	The fields that are marked as '*' are mandatory and should not be left blank.
2	Name of the pupil should be as per BIRTH CERTIFICATE ONLY (without special characters like dot).
3	DOB column should be filled carefully as per the norms given (DD/MM/YYYY).
4	Father's & Mother's or Single Parent's Date of Birth should be as per the given supporting document (DD/MM/YYYY).
5	In case, the applicant has a sibling studying in our school, please enter the correct 10-digit scholar number.
6	After successful registering of Online Application, a PDF file will be downloaded automatically. Take a printout and submit it along with enclosures as indicated for submission.
7	Kindly ensure the given details in the application form are in accordance with the original documents.
