Orientation Programme in the Primary Building(next to Vinayagar Temple)	06-03-2021 SATURDAY & 08-03-2021 MONDAY The child should be accompanied by Parent only. All should follow the pandemic guidelines. Parent should bring Rs.200/- in cash towards Application & Registration Fees
Fee Remittance (By Demand Draft Only) in the Main Building Office.	09-03-2021, TUESDAY & 10-03-2021, WEDNESDAY TIME : 9 A.M to 1 P.M

NORMS FOR L.K.G. ADMISSION

1. The child should have completed 3 years on or before 31st March 2021 (i.e.)Born between 1st April 2017 and 31st March 2018.
2. Residence- Close proximity to the school.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. No fee will be charged for the online registration.
2. Registration through online does not guarantee admission.
3. All Registration forms shall be subjected to verification of age, address and other details.
4. Each online Registration is acknowledged through a system generated, serially numbered, automatically printed online acknowledgement.

SUBMISSION OF FILLED IN FORM
1. Those who got the online registration should submit the acknowledged form along with the enclosures to the School Main Building on 01st March 2021 between 9 A.M and 4 P.M.

List of documents that are to be submitted with the Registration Form into the drop box
1. Pupil's Date of Birth certificate (Xerox) along with photo of child
2. Pupil's Father's and Mother's Date of Birth proof,(Driving license, voter Id, Pancard etc., )
3. Xerox Copy of any one Residential Proof (Namely Driving license, TelePhone bill, Gas bill,Voter ID, Ration Card, First Page Of Bank Passbook)

4. "Rental Agreement is strictly not allowed"

Instructions for Filling Online Application

• The fields that are Marked in RED are Mandatory, and should not be left blank
• Name of the Pupil should be as per BIRTH CERTIFICATE ONLY. (Without special characters like dot.)
• DOB column should be filled carefully as per the norms given (MM/DD/YYYY)
• Father’s & Mother’s or Single Parent's Date of Birth should be as per the given supporting document.(MM/DD/YYYY)
• After submission of Online Application, PDF file will be generated. Take a printout [through download option] and submit it along with enclosures as indicated for submission.
